If the computer used for PhysioFlow software can be connected to the internet, then PhysioFlow staff has the ability to help for most kind of problems by doing a remote assistance. When such an assistance has been scheduled, download the following piece of software : http://download.anydesk.com/AnyDesk.exe

Once it is started, it shows an ID, specific for the computer and for the time this software is running.
Communicate this ID to the PhysioFlow staff in charge of the remote assistance, and he will have the ability to see the computer's screen and interact with the computer remotely.
